Volvo Bits

It's with great sorrow and regret that I have to report the passing of Harry's Dad, Tom. Tom passed away after complications from surgery on Sept 15. He will be greatly missed by his family, as well as by us here. Tom was full of character, joking around all of the time, regardless of the fact that often the people he was entertaining didn't even speak the same language as him. (He was deaf). Tom was an "anything" guy. He could build anything, fix anything. Tom's hands have made us tools that we've used to repair our customers vehicles with, special purpose tools that cannot be bought from any tool dealer.  Often, the tools that he would build for us would be born from an idea for a tool that  Harry had sketched on a napkin at lunch. Tom would proudly return with a prototype for in-shop evaluation before delivering the finished product.
