Teamwork

I love surprises. Not the "Oh you're here to pick up your car and we're not finished with it" kind of surprises, but more like the "guess who brought us a coffee?" kind of surprises. Today, it was one of the latter that greeted me when I walked through the doors at work. Amy was directing me (with great excitement) to my toolbox where a lovely Australian Shiraz-Cabwine2 had been placed for me. After reading the accompanying card, the story behind the wine became clear. A grateful customer, Trish, had gifted us with a dozen donuts, the wine, and a card of thanks. My instant reaction was warm and fuzzy, as would be expected. Then, I was overcome with the sense that there was a little more to it than that. Within a few seconds, I came to the realization that Trish had brought her XC70 to us with a very peculiar problem, a very unusual noise in fact, and that every one of us in the shop played a part in the fault tracing and repair of that problem. This resulted in the cost-effective repair to her XC70.  Teamwork, right here, at it's best.

So anyway, who should get to take the wine home?
