Volvo Service Culture

Welcome

Jimmy

Dad, Grandpa, Jim, at his best...

My Dad started "Suters" about 35 years ago. This little business has
been the foundation on which I have built my life. Now, that's not to
say that I "live to work", much the opposite actually, I fully
subscribe to "work to live" principles. I refer not to an extravagant
lifestyle of the rich and famous, rather the "small-housed and
adventurous". Our little business does reward us with the financial
means to contribute to the feeding of our 5 families (perhaps our
greatest financial accomplishment!). However, Suters Auto simply drowns
us in the wealth afforded by culture and community, local and afar. I
like to think that our place here is steeped in history and legend,
with all of the makings of a good reality show, and it's time to share.
I have started this blog with the hope that a passion for Suters Auto
Service, will collide with my interest for photo journalism, and form
some sort of entertaining view of life around "the shop". If you're
interested in my musings from the shop, hang tight, my camera is ready,
and tomorrow is Monday. A whole new day awaits...
